Bus lines

City bus line 261 - Schnalstal-Naturns/Meran. Tickets are available directly on the bus from the driver. The BusCard Meran and surroundings, the MobilCard, the museumobil Card and the bikemobil Card can be purchased at the tourist office. The current timetables 74 are also available there. Karthaus can be reached by bus starting at the bus stop “Außergufl”. The distance to our farm is about 5 km. In Karthaus you will find the Grüner restaurant, Santer bakery plus shop and a bank with cash dispenser.

Final cleaning

The final cleaning will be done by us. The cleaning of the rooms during the stay is the responsibility of the tenant.

Local tax

The local tax is currently 1.35 € for persons over 14 years. It is charged per person and day.

Ban on smoking

Smoking and open fires (candles) are prohibited both in the holiday home and in the holiday apartment.

Cancellation and deposit

Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation. The deposit must be paid within one month of signing the rental contract and will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The following cancellation conditions also apply::

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
There is no right of withdrawal within the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 ZGB: Reservations can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 150 days before the day of arrival at the latest. Only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation by the guest between 150 days before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellation up to 90 days prior to arrival: 25% of the agreed total price, cancellation less than 90 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price If the guest does not show up ("no show") or in case of premature departure, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. Please inform us in time if you are unable to start your holiday.
